U-Soft Basic
Hands-on course with topics that include probe operation & calibration, elements, distance, angles, recall element, options menu, part alignment, tolerancing, programming, and much more. Please contact us for a customized quote!

U-Soft Advanced
A continuation of the hands-on Basic course emphasizing DCC part programming, clearance planes, motorized probe changes, off-line programming, statistics, input of features, analyzing data, screen functions, printing/plotting, macros, and exporting/importing CAD files. Onsite Pc-Dmis
An experienced application Engineer will come to your facility and work with your people on your machine. Topics covered include probe operation & calibration, file maintenance, feature recognition, basic alignments, iterative alignments, recalling alignments, DCC utilities, distances, angles, options menu, tolerancing, programming, and much more. Metrolog XG Basic
Hands on course with topics that include probe operation and calibration, feature measurements, applying GD&T functions and alignments. Programming with CAD files as well as creating customized reports will also be covered. This course can be adapted to fit the customers’ specific needs and programmer level. Calypso Basic
In this beginning hands-on course, students will work with an experienced programmer learning the basics in General Metrology. Topics covered are probe calibration, measuring geometric features, alignments, and creating customized reports to create part programs. Please contact us for a customized quote!

1 Day Introductory GD&T Class
An eight hour introduction to GD & T which covers the 14 Geometric
symbols and their application in the ASME Y14.5M-1994 Standard.

Extra emphasis is put on “Position” and its material condition modifiers (MMC, LMC, RFS).

How to identify and apply datums is also covered. Feature control frames are also explained. Please contact us for a customized quote!

2 Day GD&T Class
Covers everything in the one day class but with much greater detail on certain Geometric symbols including flatness, roundness, parallelism, and perpendicularity.

Profile and how it is applied is also explained along with bilateral and unilateral tolerancing.

Calypso Advanced
A continuation of the Basic Calypso course emphasizing DCC part programming, clearance planes, motorized probe changes, off-line programming, working with CAD files in Calypso Curve. Please contact us for a customized quote!

Pc-Dmis Basic

PC-Dmis Advanced
